Websites / digital experiences
Build something that feels intentional.
New websites, redesigns and focused improvements for businesses and projects that want more than a generic template. Clear process, direct communication and a client workspace built around the actual work.
What do you need?
Start from the real problem.
Choose a direction and we prefill the start flow. It does not lock you into a package or price.
What we build
Useful first. Beautiful on purpose.
The visual work matters, but it has to support the job of the website. We build responsive pages, flows and features around what visitors actually need to do.
Clear positioning, services, trust, contact and lead generation without filler.
Launch pages, product information, portfolios and evolving digital homes.
Intake, review, content, client-facing tools and practical systems where a normal brochure site is not enough.
How it works
Talk. Agree. Build. Review. Launch.
No fake package theatre. We first understand the project, discuss a fair scope and price, then keep the work visible as it moves.
Start
Send the project through the intake. No account needed.
Discuss
Jay or Richie talks through scope, direction, price and timing with you directly.
Workspace
When we decide to work together, you receive an invite to your project dashboard.
Build & review
Try the current build, give page-specific feedback and follow progress from one place.
Launch
Final approval, launch checks, handover and the support arrangement you actually need.
Why Ladana Web
Small enough to care. Built to grow.
Ladana Web is currently a serious side project, not a pretend multinational agency. That means direct communication and flexible project pricing, while the work itself is built to a professional standard from day one.
You discuss the work with the people actually building it.
The project is priced around the job, not around a public tier designed to upsell you.
Current builds, feedback and approvals are designed to stay visible instead of disappearing into message threads.
Example project
RR Occasions.
The demo client workspace uses a real RR Occasions WordPress Playground snapshot as the reference project, so the review flow can be tested against something that behaves like an actual job rather than an empty mock dashboard.
FAQ
The useful questions.
Do you have fixed website packages?
No. Scope and price are discussed with the client. A small focused site and a larger custom build should not be forced into the same box.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. We can rebuild an existing site or improve only the parts that actually need changing.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. The start form can capture as much or as little direction as you have. If you want us to take the lead on visual direction, say so.
Can you also help with a logo?
Yes. Logo work can be added to the project. The intake only asks deeper branding questions when you actually need it.
How do reviews work?
Active clients get an invite-only workspace where current builds, feedback, files, proposals and project updates can live together.
